Patrick Barnard Properties was established in 1992 by Patrick Barnard.  Patrick  grew up Plettenberg Bay, went to school  here and after finishing his tertiary education in Stellenbosch and his Masters degree at the University of South Africa, he returned to the area. He brings with him his expertise and a unique understanding of the area.

The Agency focus is on sales and development  of both residential and rural properties.
Part of our service is to assist our clients in obtaining development rights and to maximize their real estate investments.   

Because of our long association with the people of the Garden Route we have built up an excellent network of associates in our focus area, which is from Mossel Bay  in the West to Port Elizabeth in the East. All these associates have been carefully selected over the years and conform to our own value system.

Our mission is not to be the biggest but rather the best in everything we do. We value our clients as people… we are indeed the  AGENTS  WHO CARE !!!
